* LOCATIONS...A BAND OF SLEET AND SNOW WILL OCCUR FROM CANDO INTO
  THE NEW ROCKFORD AREA.

* TIMING...THIS EVENING INTO EARLY MONDAY MORNING.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 4 INCHES POSSIBLE...ALTHOUGH DUE TO
  THE WARM GROUND THESE AMOUNTS ARE UNCERTAIN.

* WINDS...NORTH 35 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 65 MPH.

* IMPACTS...THE COMBINATION OF FALLING SNOW AND STRONG WINDS WILL
  LIKELY REDUCE THE VISIBILITY THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS...WITH A
  BRIEF PERIOD OF NEAR BLIZZARD CONDITIONS POSSIBLE.
