.DISCUSSION...A shallow ridge of high pressure to the west on
Monday shifts over the area on Tuesday. As a result, expect mild
and dry conditions to continue early this week. Deep mixing will
result in excellent afternoon dispersal in the afternoon with
breezy southwest winds both Monday and Tuesday.
