This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska...
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

Near critical fire weather conditions are expected this afternoon for
those along and west of Highway 27 due to low relative humidity
values falling into the teens.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...

An active fire weather pattern will be in place with the potential
for fire danger each day through Tuesday. The greatest risk for
critical fire danger levels will be Monday.

There is a slight chance (15%) for severe thunderstorms Monday east
of a Oberlin to Oakley line.

Very windy conditions Monday and Tuesday. Wind gusts in excess of
50 mph possible at times (50-60% chance) both days and these winds
may result in reduced visibilities due to blowing dust.
