.DISCUSSION...Scattered rain showers and some patchy fog can be
expected overnight. Friday currently looks dry, but fuel drying
from wetting rains may be stunted a bit due to relatively high
RH readings on the coast with onshore winds expected. During
the day on Friday northeast winds will turn easterly at less
than 10 MPH.
