Regional Weather Summary
National Weather Service Wichita KS
449 AM CDT Fri Apr 19 2024

Middle and high level clouds were on the increase across central
and eastern Kansas overnight. Early morning temperatures ranged
from the upper 30s over north central Kansas to the mid 40s across
southern Kansas.

High pressure will remain over the Plains for today and tonight
and will allow below normal temperatures to overspread the area. A
weak upper level disturbance will move out of the Rockies and
into the region tonight and will bring rain chances to the western
half of Kansas, southwest Nebraska and much of Oklahoma.

Highs today are expected to range from the 40s across western
Nebraska to the upper 60s across eastern Oklahoma. Look for
overnight lows to range from the 20s across northern Nebraska to
the low 50s across southeastern Oklahoma.
