  Scioto River at Circleville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM EARLY THIS MORNING TO THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Scioto River at Circleville.

* WHEN...From early this morning to this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 15 feet, low-lying agricultural and bottom land
  becomes flooded, while flooding begins along Island and Canal
  Roads.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:45 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 15.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    later this morning and continue falling further below flood
    stage.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
