In west central Illinois, Fulton, Knox and Schuyler. * WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A few more periods of showers and thunderstorms will continue through mid morning bringing additional rainfall amounts up to an inch.
