At 104 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Fountain City, or 12 miles north of Richmond, moving northeast at 30
mph.

HAZARD...Penny size hail.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
