AT 631 PM EDT...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED NEAR BLUE RIVER...
OR 7 MILES SOUTHWEST OF PRESTONSBURG...MOVING NORTH AT 15 MPH.

LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE...BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO...BLUE RIVER
AROUND 640 PM EDT...DOCK AROUND 645 PM EDT...DOTSON AROUND 650 PM
EDT...BRAINARD AROUND 655 PM EDT...AND CLIFF AROUND 700 PM EDT.

RESIDENTS SHOULD EXPECT VERY HEAVY RAIN...WITH RAINFALL RATES BETWEEN
ONE AND TWO INCHES PER HOUR...GUSTY WINDS OF 40 TO 50 MPH...FREQUENT
CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND SMALL HAIL IN THESE AREAS.

THE HEAVY RAIN WILL LIKELY CAUSE PONDING OF WATER ON AREA ROADWAYS.
