At 313 AM EST, radar indicated showers were located along a line
extending from near Dunlow to Kite to near Pruden. Movement was east
at 35 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with these showers.

Locations impacted include...
Pikeville, Prestonsburg, Whitesburg, Harlan, Pineville, Inez,
Middlesboro, Letcher, Estill, Bath, Cumberland, Jenkins, Coal Run
Village, Loyall, Elkhorn City, Evarts, Wheelwright, Fleming-Neon,
Lynch and Martin.
