LOCALLY DENSE FOG WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY TO UNDER A QUARTER OF A MILE
AT TIMES IN VALLEY LOCATIONS TONIGHT. THE FOG IS NOT EXPECTED TO BE
WIDESPREAD...BUT DRAMATIC CHANGES IN VISIBILITY WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER
SHORT DISTANCES...MAKING TRAVEL POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS. PLEASE BE
EXTRA CAUTIOUS IF TRAVELING TONIGHT. SLOW DOWN AND USE LOW BEAM
HEADLIGHTS. THE FOG IS EXPECTED TO DIMINISH LATE TONIGHT WITH THE
VISIBILITY IMPROVING BEFORE DAYBREAK.
