AT 455 PM EDT...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 7 MILES NORTHWEST
OF EUBANK...OR 21 MILES WEST OF MOUNT VERNON...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20
MPH.

RESIDENTS SHOULD EXPECT VERY HEAVY RAIN...GUSTY WINDS UP TO 45
MPH...FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND SMALL HAIL IN THESE AREAS.

A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1100 PM EDT
