...Locally Dense Fog and Patchy Frost This Morning...

Fog has developed overnight, and some of the fog has become
locally dense, reducing visibility to one-quarter mile or less in
some areas. The dense fog will be most prevalent near rivers,
streams, larger creeks, and lakes. The fog will lift and dissipate
between 8 and 10 AM.

Where fog does not form, patchy frost will be possible toward
dawn in a few sheltered areas and valley locations, but most
places will not experience any frost. Temperatures will bottom out
in the upper 30s in most locations, but a few colder readings in
the middle 30s will occur. Sensitive plants and vegetation may be
harmed or killed should frost occur. Any frost should dissipate
between 8 and 9 AM.
