...Areas of Dense Fog Developing Overnight...

A nearly saturated environment across eastern Kentucky and light
winds will support the development of dense fog through the
night. The fog will be most prevalent in the western portions of
the Cumberland Valley along with the higher terrain throughout
eastern Kentucky. Be prepared for rapidly changing visibilities
overnight with vision limited to below a half mile at times.
