EASTERN KENTUCKY EARLY THIS MORNING...

THE COMBINATION OF MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES...LIGHT WINDS...AND MOISTURE
LEFT OVER FROM THE RAINS OF THE THE PAST SEVERAL DAYS HAS RESULTED IN
THE DEVELOPMENT DENSE FOG. VISIBILITIES WILL DROP DOWN TO NEAR ZERO
IN MANY VALLEY LOCATIONS EARLY THIS MORNING...ESPECIALLY NEAR THE
RIVERS AND OTHER BODIES OF WATER. LOOK FOR THE FOG TO CLEAR OUT
BETWEEN 8 AND 10 AM EDT.
