AT 1104 PM EDT...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WAS ALONG A LINE
EXTENDING FROM 6 MILES EAST OF CYNTHIANA TO NEAR PARIS TO 6 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF WINCHESTER TO 6 MILES SOUTHWEST OF RICHMOND TO 7 MILES
EAST OF LIBERTY...AND MOVING EAST AT 60 MPH.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH AND PEA SIZE HAIL ARE POSSIBLE WITH THESE
STORMS.

TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS ALSO OCCURRING WITH THESE STORMS...WHICH WILL
CAUSE PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS. LOCALIZED FLOODING IS ALSO
POSSIBLE. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED ROADWAYS.

A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 200 AM EDT FOR
SOUTH CENTRAL...SOUTHEASTERN AND EAST CENTRAL KENTUCKY.
