PIKEVILLE TO 14 MILES SOUTH OF JACKSON...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

RESIDENTS SHOULD EXPECT HEAVY RAIN...WITH RAINFALL RATES OF UP TO ONE
INCH PER HOUR...GUSTY WINDS AS HIGH AS 35 TO 45 MPH...FREQUENT
