...Freezing Fog Possible in the River Valleys Across Southeast
Kentucky This Morning...

Clear skies and left over ground moisture has led to the
development of dense fog in some of the river valleys of
southeastern Kentucky. With temperatures well below freezing the
fog could freeze on contact with road and other surfaces. Be on
the lookout for slick spots when venturing out this morning. The
fog will clear by 9 am EST.
