LIGHT SNOW SHOWERS AND FLURRIES WILL CONTINUE INTO THE NIGHT ACROSS
THE AREA. THESE SNOW SHOWERS MAY BRIEFLY REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO A
MILE OR LESS. RIDGETOPS...MAINLY ABOVE 2000 FEET COULD SEE 1 TO 2
INCHES OF SNOW ACCUMULATIONS BY TUESDAY MORNING. ELSEWHERE...SNOW
ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO BE GENERALLY A DUSTING. THIS COUPLED
WITH THE RESIDUAL MOISTURE LEFT FROM RAIN AND SNOW TODAY MY LEAD TO A
FEW SLICK SPOTS ACROSS THE REGION. GIVEN THIS EXERCISE CAUTION WHILE
TRAVELING TONIGHT INTO TOMORROW MORNING.

TONIGHT...THE COLDEST AIR MASS SO FAR THIS FALL...AND MORE TYPICAL
OF JANUARY...WILL INVADE THE REGION. LOW TEMPERATURES TONIGHT ARE
EXPECTED TO BE IN THE TEENS...WITH TEMPERATURES STRUGGLING TO REACH
THE LOW AND MID 20S IN MOST LOCATIONS ON TUESDAY. TUESDAY NIGHT WILL
REMAIN QUITE COLD AS HIGH PRESSURE MOVES OVERHEAD...WITH TEMPERATURES
EXPECTED TO BOTTOM OUT IN THE MID TEENS. TEMPERATURES ARE FORECAST TO
BE AT OR COLDER THAN RECORD VALUES DURING THIS TIME...OR ROUGHLY 20
TO 30 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL. WIND CHILL VALUES IN THE SINGLE DIGITS
CAN BE EXPECTED TONIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING.
