At 151 AM EST, radar indicated showers were located along a line
extending from Grannie to Island City to 8 miles south of Great
Meadows Campsites. Movement was east at 35 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with these showers.

Locations impacted include...
London, Williamsburg, Hazard, Barbourville, Jackson, Pineville,
Beattyville, Manchester, Campton, Hyden, Booneville, Whitley City,
Mason, Simpson, Fincastle, Buckhorn, Buck, Fariston, Co-
Operative and Tyner.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these showers, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
