COUNTIES...

At 753 PM EDT, radar indicated showers were located along a line
extending from 6 miles northwest of Shirley to Orlando to Bent to
Frazer. Movement was southeast at 35 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with these showers.

Locations impacted include...
Somerset, London, Mount Vernon, McKee, Burnside, Donaro, Travellers
Rest, Bummer, Fariston, Cumberland Falls S.P., Shop Branch,
Fogertown, Tyner, Privett, Mount Victory, Climax, Disputanta, Krupp,
Mershons and Shepherdtown.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these showers, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
