THE COMBINATION OF PARTLY CLOUDY SKIES...LIGHT WINDS...AND MOISTURE
LEFT BEHIND BY THE SHOWERS OF THE PAST AFTERNOON AND EVENING HAVE
RESULTED IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF DENSE FOG. WITHIN THE FOG...
VISIBILITIES WILL DROP DOWN TO NEAR ZERO IN MANY LOCATIONS THROUGH
EARLY MORNING FRIDAY.
