EXTENDING FROM PAINTSVILLE TO PRESTONSBURG TO 12 MILES WEST OF
PIKEVILLE TO 9 MILES EAST OF HINDMAN TO 12 MILES WEST OF WHITESBURG
TO 7 MILES NORTHEAST OF JONESVILLE...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.

RESIDENTS SHOULD EXPECT BRIEF VERY HEAVY RAIN...WITH RAINFALL RATES
OF UP TO TWO INCHES PER HOUR...GUSTY WINDS OF 30 TO 40 MPH...
