...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN WAYNE...MCCREARY AND
WESTERN WHITLEY COUNTIES THROUGH 430 AM EDT...

At 343 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Slickford, or 10 miles south of Monticello, moving east at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Monticello, Whitley City, Parmleysville, Great Meadows Campsites,
Ayers, Slavens, Susie, Parkers Lake, Barrier, Cumberland Falls S.P.,
Gregory, Co-
Operative, Zion Hill, Pine Knot, Slickford, Ritner, Denney,
Powersburg, Hollyhill, and Wiborg.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
