High pressure will remain over the area today with minimum RH values of 30 to 35 percent expected. Winds will be light from the southeast. Humidity values will increase above 40 percent on Thursday and remain above that level through early next week as the ridge of high pressure shifts to the east. Wetting rains could also impact the area on Thursday and Friday as a fast moving system slides to the north of the region. Otherwise, rainfall chances will be limited through early next week. .QUESTIONS... 1) What is the chance, intensity, and duration of fog expected Tonight into Thursday morning? The chance for patchy fog is possible, less confident on density but some areas of dense fog could be possible around daybreak Thursday morning. 2) Is there a sea breeze expected? Yes, likely later this morning followed by an increase in SSE winds thru the afternoon. Another chance around the same time late Thursday morning into the afternoon. 3) Is there a chance the the RH will drop below 28? Very unlikely. MinRH`s should average into the low 50`s but can`t rule out upper 40`s this afternoon. Increasing to upper 50`s to low 60`s Thursday afternoon. 4) Can we expect a southeasterly wind component to remain through 1500 Yes winds will be from the SE to eventual SSE thru the rest of today and again on Thursday. .REST OF TODAY...
