...The National Weather Service in Elko has issued a Flood Advisory
for the following rivers in Nevada...

  Bruneau River At Rowland affecting Elko County.

.Warm temperatures will melt high mountain snowpack this week, with
increased flows on the river possible.

For the Bruneau River...including Rowland...elevated river levels
are forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

...FLOOD ADVISORY FOR SNOWMELT IN EFFECT FROM THIS MORNING UNTIL
FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by snowmelt is possible.

* WHERE...Bruneau River at Rowland.

* WHEN...From this morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 7.0 feet, Minor flooding of Forest Service roads.
  Recreational use becomes limited.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:10 AM PDT Tuesday the stage was 6.7 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 6.0 feet.
  - The flow on the river has subsided below minor flood stage
    this morning. However, the river remains in action stage and
    may see rises in the flow as temperatures trend warmer
    through the week.
  - Forecast...No forecast is available for this location.
  - Action stage is 6.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 7.0 feet.
