.DISCUSSION...

Offshore flow continues to dominate the pattern with ongoing dry
conditions. Afternoon seabreeze will struggle to reach the area,
and despite a moderate overnight recovery friday night, minimum
relative humidities trend drier Friday to Saturday. North to
northeast winds will help keep the dry airmass in place during
the day. There is the potential for winds to be gusty Friday
morning, up to 20 mph, and moderate to low confidence in strongest
winds during the daytime hours.

Max temperature.....66 at ignition, Max 68-70.
Min humidity........20-25 percent.
Eye level winds.....Northeast winds 3 to 6 mph at ignition,
                    shifting to the south to southeast

                    shifting to the south to southeast
