4.93 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION. THIS WAS 3.57 INCHES WETTER THAN
THE 1981-2010 NORMAL OF 1.36 INCHES.  THIS SURPASSED DECEMBER
OF 1875 BY 1.50 INCHES FOR THE WETTEST DECEMBER /3.43 INCHES/
EVER RECORDED IN LA CROSSE WI.  PRECIPITATION RECORDS IN
LA CROSSE WI BEGAN IN 1872.  BELOW ARE THE TOP TEN WETTEST
DECEMBERS IN LA CROSSE WI...
