...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 530 PM CDT
FOR EAST CENTRAL SWISHER AND WESTERN BRISCOE COUNTIES...

At 501 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles north of
Claytonville, or 12 miles east of Tulia, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of east
central Swisher and western Briscoe Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for the Panhandle
of Texas.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
