.DISCUSSION...

After a chilly start to the morning (lows around freezing), wind
speeds will be on the lighter side (<3 mph) and variable in
direction through the morning hours, but by the afternoon speeds
could be closer to 5 mph with a more dominate westerly component.
In fact, wind speeds may turn further and be more out of the
northwest by late afternoon as a front passes. By 9am, the
morning inversion should start slowly eroding with mixing heights
slow increasing thereafter, and cloud decks could be around 5000
feet by late morning/early afternoon. Not expecting any
precipitation at the prescribed burn site, but by afternoon there
may be showers around the area (perhaps even snow at higher
elevations).
