* Until 830 PM EDT.

* At 753 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over The Mouth Of
  The Pamlico River, moving northeast at 45 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  The Mouth Of The Pamlico River and Swanquarter.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.
