...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Illinois...Wisconsin...

  Rock River At Afton affecting Rock and Winnebago Counties.

  Fox River Lower Near New Munster affecting Kenosha and Lake
  Counties.

  ROCK RIVER near LEBANON-3 E-HWY MM BRIDGE affecting Dodge County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

The next statement will be issued Thursday morning at 930 AM CDT.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY SUNDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Rock River at Afton.

* WHEN...Until early Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 9.1 feet, Floodwaters affect property of a home on
  South Christian Road on the east side of the river in the Afton
  area.  There is minor erosional flood damage to lowland and
  agricultural land in the Afton and Janesville areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 9.1 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:00 PM CDT Wednesday was 9.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 9.1
    feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below
    flood stage Sunday morning.
  - Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    9.2 feet on 05/04/1951.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY SATURDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Fox River Lower near New Munster.

* WHEN...Until early Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 11.8 feet, Floodwaters surround a home at the
  intersection of Highway 50 and Highway W in the Town of Wheatland
  area. Water is about 8 inches deep over 77th Street in the Town of
  Wheatland area. Water is in the back yards of some homes in the
  Village of Salem Lakes area. This level is the 50 percent chance
  flood meaning there is a 50 percent chance in any given year of
  the river reaching this level.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 11.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:00 PM CDT Wednesday was 12.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Saturday morning and continue falling to 9.8 feet Wednesday,
    April 17.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    11.7 feet on 05/10/2019.
