MINNESOTA AND WISCONSIN TONIGHT INTO SUNDAY MORNING. WHILE
RAINFALL AMOUNTS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BE PARTICULARLY
IMPRESSIVE...SATURATED SOILS ARE NOT ABLE TO ABSORB MUCH WATER
WHICH WILL RESULT IN CONSIDERABLE RUNOFF. FLASH FLOODING IS
POSSIBLE ON STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...AND LOW LYING AREAS. THE RAIN
