...HEAVY RAINFALL EXPECTED TO DEVELOP TONIGHT ACROSS SOUTHERN
MINNESOTA AND WESTERN WISCONSIN...

.A MOISTURE LADEN STORM SYSTEM WILL TRACK FROM SOUTHEASTERN
NEBRASKA TO NORTHEASTERN IOWA LATE TONIGHT AND INTO NORTHERN LOWER
MICHIGAN WEDNESDAY. WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE
EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ALONG THIS TRACK TONIGHT INTO EARLY WEDNESDAY.
IT APPEARS LIKELY AT LEAST 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN WILL FALL FROM
SOUTHERN MINNESOTA INTO NORTHERN AND CENTRAL WISCONSIN THROUGH
WEDNESDAY MORNING...WITH HIGHER TOTALS OF 3 OR 4 INCHES POSSIBLE.
THEREFORE...A FLASH FLOOD WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED GENERALLY SOUTH OF
A LINE FROM ST JAMES TO LAKEVILLE MINNESOTA AND RICE LAKE
WISCONSIN.

* WIDESPREAD HEAVY RAIN WILL MOVE IN THIS EVENING WITH RAINFALL
  TOTALS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES EXPECTED BY WEDNESDAY MORNING WITH
  LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE.

* DRIVING AT NIGHT DURING FLASH FLOOD SITUATION IS EXTREMELY
  DANGEROUS AS DRIVERS MAY UNDERESTIMATE THE DEPTH OF THE WATER OR
  MAY COME ACROSS AREAS PRONE TO WASHOUTS.
