...HEAVY RAINFALL AND FLASH FLOODING POSSIBLE TONIGHT...

.A WARM FRONT ALONG THE LEADING EDGE OF THE APPROACHING HEAT WAVE
WILL MOVE IN TONIGHT. THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO FORM ALONG THE
NORTHWEST TO SOUTHEAST BOUNDARY THIS EVENING AND MAY TRAIN ALONG
THE SAME AREAS OVERNIGHT. IN ADDITION...COPIOUS AMOUNTS OF
ATMOSPHERIC MOISTURE WILL LEAD TO VERY HEAVY RAINFALL RATES WHICH
WOULD LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING QUICKLY IN URBAN AREAS AND NEAR SMALL
STREAMS.

  FREEBORN...GOODHUE...HENNEPIN...ISANTI...LE SUEUR...MCLEOD...
  NICOLLET...RAMSEY...RICE...SCOTT...SHERBURNE...SIBLEY...
  STEELE...WASECA...WASHINGTON AND WRIGHT. IN WEST CENTRAL
  WISCONSIN...PEPIN...PIERCE AND ST. CROIX.

* FROM THIS EVENING THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING.

* THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP THIS EVENING AND MAY TRAIN
  OVER THE SAME AREAS OVERNIGHT.

* RAINFALL RATES OF 2 TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR ARE LIKELY IN THE
  HEAVIER THUNDERSTORMS. LOCALIZED TOTALS OF 4 OR MORE INCHES ARE
  POSSIBLE.

* THUNDERSTORMS WITH THESE RAINFALL RATES WOULD LIKELY PRODUCE
  FLASH FLOODING QUICKLY IN URBAN AREAS AND SMALLER STREAMS.

TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.
