* AT  9:45 AM MONDAY THE STAGE WAS 14.1 FEET.
* MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 13.0 FEET.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL REMAIN NEAR 14.2 FEET TODAY...AND
  WILL FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE ON THURSDAY.
