...The flood warning continues for the following river in
Minnesota...

  Cottonwood River at New Ulm affecting Brown County

.The river has crested in New Ulm. The National Weather Service will
continue to monitor this situation and issue follow up statements
as needed until the river falls below flood stage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.  Turn Around...Don`t Drown.

Stay tuned to NOAA Weather Radio or your local radio or TV station
for the latest information concerning this flood event.

...Flood Warning Warning continues for
  The Cottonwood River at New Ulm.
* until Friday afternoon.
* At 11:00 AM Wednesday the stage was 13.1 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
  tomorrow evening.
* Impact...At 13.0 feet...Flood waters begin to impact Cottonwood
  Street west of the river.
* Impact...At 11.0 feet...Flood waters begin to impact low lying
  areas...and some roads along the river.
