...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Minnesota...

  Minnesota River at Morton affecting Renville and Redwood Counties.

.Rainfall from last week has caused area rivers to rise. Reduced
rain chances over the next several days should allow area river
levels to slowly lower.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Minnesota River at Morton.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Riverside Rd and Front Street flooded in
  North Redwood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At noon CDT Monday, the stage was 21.7 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at noon CDT Monday was 21.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.9
    feet just after midnight tonight.
  - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    21.9 feet on 04/04/2007.
