...FROST ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO 9 AM EDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 33 will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...Northern Cumberland Plateau, northern Tennessee Valley,
  northeast Tennessee, southwest Virginia, southwest North Carolina,
  and portions of the east Tennessee mountains.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
