.DISCUSSION...Winds have remained elevated overnight but will decrease
a couple miles per hour after noon today. That said, any showers
will be capable of gusty and erratic outflow winds 20 to 30 mph.
Initial showers, after 1400 MDT, may be virga showers. This
evening as a Canadian cold front approaches, the atmosphere will
destabilize sufficiently for a thunderstorm to develop. Post
frontal temperatures drop and rain will change to wet snow. RHs
may only lower to 34-35% for an hour or two this afternoon and may
not drop that low Wednesday with cooler temperatures.

  slight chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon.
