.SYNOPSIS...A cold front over the outer waters will pass E of the
area early today. A high pressure ridge will build offshore today
while weakening. Low pressure will move over the area tonight
while pulling a cold front over the waters, then pass E of the
region Mon. A series of low pressure troughs will move across the
area Mon night into Tue night. Another ridge will build E over
the waters Tue into Wed, then shift E of the region Wed night
into Thu. Low pressure will move E while passing S of the waters
Thu and Thu night as another high builds S over the area.
