from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A high pressure ridge will
prevail over the far southern waters today through Wed night. A
cold front will move S over the area later today and tonight,
stall over the central waters Tue and Tue night, and then drift N
as a warm front Wed and Wed night. Low pressure will develop
along the front off the Mid-Atlantic coast Thu, then drift slowly
E to NE across the N and central waters Thu night and Fri while
pulling a weak cold front across the area. The low will lift N of
the area Fri night with the associated front clearing E of the
waters and the next cold front approaching from the W.
