West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A high pressure ridge across the
entire region this evening will slowly move SE of the N portion
tonight into Mon night, and remain across the S portion into Tue
night. A weak cold front will slowly move SE over the N waters
Mon night into Tue, then stall over the central waters Tue night.
The front will then lift N as a warm front across the central and
N waters Wed into Wed night as developing low pressure passes N
of the area. Another cold front will move S over the N portion
Wed night, and stall Thu and Thu night while another low tracks E
along the front. Yet another low will develop over the N portion
Fri and Fri night while pulling a cold front across the area.

39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W
