.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A high pressure ridge over the
central and S waters today, will shift S of the area later today
and tonight. A cold front will move SE across the central and
southern waters today while weakening, then dissipate across the
S waters tonight and early Fri. Low pressure will approach the N
waters tonight, then move slowly S and SE across the area Fri
through Sun night while pulling a cold front over the region Fri
through Sun morning. The associated low will then dissipate near
the southern California coast Mon. High pressure will slowly
build E toward the region Sat through Mon night.
