.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...Strong high pressure will be
centered N and NW of the area today through Thu, and will move
farther W and SW away from the waters then persist well W of the
waters Fri through Sat night while slowly weakening. High
pressure will slowly build E towards the N and central coast Sun.
A coastal trough along the N and central coast will strengthen
through tonight into Thu, then persist and gradually weakening
Fri through Sat night, then strengthen again over the N and
central coast Sun into Sun night.
