...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 700 PM EDT
FOR SOUTHERN GREENE...SOUTHWESTERN FAYETTE...MONONGALIA...
NORTHEASTERN WETZEL AND NORTH CENTRAL MARION COUNTIES...

At 635 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Hundred, or 15
miles southwest of Waynesburg, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some
         power outages.

Locations impacted include...
Morgantown, Westover, Star City, Masontown, Point Marion, Granville,
Fairview, Hundred, Cassville, Bobtown, Aleppo, Greensboro,
Blacksville, Spraggs, Mount Morris, New Freeport, Booth,
Everettville, McCurdyville, and Burton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
