.DISCUSSION...Dry conditions will prevail through Thursday
morning, and there is an excellent chance (80%) of rain in the
afternoon and evening.  Friday will be met with numerous showers
over the southern Blue Mountains. A tenth of an inch is likely
at the burn site, and there is a chance of 0.25" of rain with
this system.  Winds will increase along the ridgetops late
Thursday.
