THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR THE MONTH WAS 32.9 DEGREES. THIS WAS 0.9
DEGREES BELOW NORMAL. THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS 47.0 DEGREES
AND THE AVERAGE LOW WAS 23.8 DEGREES. THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE WAS 61
DEGREES ON THE 24TH...WHILE THE LOWEST READING WAS 9 DEGREES WHICH
OCCURRED ON THE 10TH.

ROCHESTER RECEIVED 0.42 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION DURING THE MONTH OF
NOVEMBER. THIS WAS 1.49 INCHES BELOW NORMAL. THE GREATEST 24-HOUR
PRECIPITATION WAS 0.13 INCHES WHICH OCCURRED ON THE 14TH. TOTAL
