NORMAL AND PRECIPITATION WAS THE WETTEST AND SNOWIEST ON RECORD...

THE AVERAGE MONTHLY TEMPERATURE WAS 55.7 DEGREES. THIS WAS
2.4 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL. THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS 65.0
DEGREES AND THE AVERAGE LOW TEMPERATURE WAS 46.4 DEGREES. THE
HIGHEST TEMPERATURE FOR THE MONTH WAS 97 DEGREES...WHICH OCCURRED
ON THE 14TH AND THE LOWEST TEMPERATURE WAS 31 DEGREES...WHICH
OCCURRED ON THE 3RD AND 12TH.

A TOTAL OF 12.26 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION FELL.  THIS WAS 8.63 INCHES
ABOVE THE NORMAL. THE GREATEST 24-HOUR PRECIPITATION TOTAL WAS 2.43
INCHES WHICH OCCURRED ON THE 17TH.

THERE WAS 14.5 INCHES OF SNOWFALL IN THE MONTH OF MAY. THE GREATEST
24 HOUR SNOWFALL AMOUNT WAS 14.0 INCHES...WHICH OCCURRED ON THE 2ND.

WHERE THE AVERAGE DAILY TEMPERATURE RANGED FROM SIX DEGREES
BELOW NORMAL TO TWENTY-TWO DEGREES BELOW NORMAL. THERE WERE FIVE
DAYS WHERE THE TEMPERATURE WAS AT OR BELOW THIRTY-TWO DEGREES.
THE WARMEST STRETCH OCCURRED FROM THE 14TH THROUGH THE 21ST...WHERE
THE AVERAGE DAILY TEMPERATURE RANGED FROM ONE DEGREE TO 17 DEGREES
