RECEIVED ABOVE NORMAL PRECIPITATION...

THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR THE MONTH WAS 27.6 DEGREES, WHICH WAS
7.3 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL. THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS 36.2
DEGREES AND THE AVERAGE LOW WAS 19.0 DEGREES. THE HIGHEST
TEMPERATURE FOR THE MONTH WAS 57 DEGREES, WHICH OCCURRED ON THE 19TH
AND THE COLDEST TEMPERATURE WAS 0 DEGREES WHICH OCCURRED ON THE 9TH.

A TOTAL OF 1.66 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION FELL DURING THE MONTH. THIS
WAS EIGHTY THREE HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH ABOVE NORMAL. THE GREATEST 24
HOUR PRECIPITATION WAS EIGHTY ONE HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH, WHICH
OCCURRED ON THE 20TH.

A TOTAL OF 10.4 INCHES OF SNOW FELL IN THE MONTH. THE GREATEST 24
HOUR SNOWFALL WAS 8.1 INCHES WHICH OCCURRED FROM THE 23RD THROUGH
THE 24TH.

HIGHEST LOW TEMPERATURE OF 34 DEGREES PREVIOUSLY SET IN 1954.

ROCHESTER RECEIVED 6.4 INCHES OF SNOWFALL ON THE 24TH. THIS BROKE
THE DAILY SNOWFALL OF 4.0 INCHES PREVIOUSLY SET IN 1940.

ROCHESTER WAS WARMER THAN NORMAL IN THE MONTH OF MARCH. THE WARMEST
STRETCH OCCURRED FROM THE 10TH TO THE 24TH...WHERE THE AVERAGE DAILY
TEMPERATURE RANGED FROM 1 TO 23 DEGREES ABOVE THE NORMAL. THERE WERE
8 DAYS WHERE THE AVERAGE DAILY TEMPERATURE WAS BELOW NORMAL.
FEBRUARY WAS THE 7TH WARMEST ON RECORD. THERE WERE 11 DAYS WHERE THE
MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE WERE AT OR BELOW 32 DEGREES.

DURING THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY, PRECIPITATION WAS ABOVE NORMAL. THE
WETTEST STRETCH OCCURRED FROM THE 20TH THROUGH THE 24TH, WHERE 1.61
INCHES OF PRECIPITATION FELL. THERE WERE 5 DAYS OF MEASURABLE
