...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1145 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following
  county, Haskell.

* WHEN...Until 1145 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become
  impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 832 PM CDT, Another complex of thunderstorms along western
    Haskell county line will move northeast at 45 mph across the
    county. Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause arroyo and small stream
    flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.75 inches are expected
    over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Rule, Rochester, Weinert, O`Brien, Sagerton, Jud, Us-380 Near
    The Haskell-Stonewall County Line and Us-277 Near The
    Haskell-Knox County Line.
  - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
    crossings along County Road 247.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
