...FREEZE WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...A 60-75 percent chance of sub-freezing temperatures (below
  32), and less than a 10 percent chance of temperatures below 28.

* WHERE...Eastern Box Elder County and Utah Valley, particularly
  outlying agricultural areas north of Brigham City in Eastern Box
  Elder County, and Spanish Fork, Payson, Genola, and Eagle Mountain
  in Utah County.

* WHEN...From late Wednesday night through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
