...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM PDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...North winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.

* WHERE...Sacramento Valley and Delta region.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM PDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds expected along and west of
  Interstate 5.
